Mining designs include:
Tailing dams, leach pads, sediment control structures, spillways, stilling basins, diversion channels, slurry transportation systems, raw and return water transport systems, leach circuit pumping systems (raffinate distribution and pregnant leach systems), and etc.
Mining design services:
- Hydrological and Climatological Assessment:
- Using precipitation and evaporation data collected from meteorological stations near the mine site, Anatekton will identify wet and dry years, as well as calculate rainfall depths for 24-hour durations across recurrence intervals ranging from 2 to 500 years, including Probable Maximum Precipitation (PMP) extreme events. These derived values will serve as critical design inputs for water balances and for the engineering of tailings dams, water storage dams, reservoirs, pools, spillways, stilling basins, diversion channels, and related infrastructure.
- Tailings Facility:
- Based on site topography, geology, geotechnics, and discharge practices, Anatekton will defend:
- Optimal site location for tailings dam construction
- Tailings type (lined or unlined):
- Conventional Tailings: 40-50% solids by weight
- Thickened Tailings: 50-60% solids by weight
- Paste Tailings: 60-70% solids by weight
- Dry Filtered Stack Tailings: ~80% solids by weight
- Embankment type: upstream, centerline, or downstream

- Staging and development of stage–area–storage curves
- Spillway and stilling basin dimensions
- Diversion channel capacities
- Seepage control and seismic stability
- Material quantity estimates
- Overall project cost evaluation
- Heap Leach Facility:
- From site topography, geology, and geotechnical conditions, Anatekton will present and defend:
- Optimal site location for heap leach facilities
- Incorporation of double-lined sections for environmental protection
- Leach pad drain and under-drain piping systems (gravity-fed or pumped)
- Stage–area–storage curve development
- Pregnant solution pool capacity determination
- Pumping and sprinkler system specifications
- Comprehensive water balance Eestablishment
- Seismic stability evaluation
- Material quantity assessment

- Fresh Water Reservoir:
- Based on site topography, geology, and geotechnical analysis, Anatekton will address
- Optimal site location for reservoir placement
- Stage–area–storage curve development
- Pumping system design and specification
- Water balance establishment
- Seismic stability evaluation
- Material quantity determination
- Project cost estimation
- Sediment Control Structure:
- To manage sediment transport in downstream creeks and rivers, Anatekton will:
- Analyze sediment volume, velocity, and flow in downstream waterways
- Design sediment control structures to prevent downstream movement beyond critical points
- Design of hydraulic structures (spillways, stilling basins, diversion channels, ponds, etc.)
- Mine water balances, including integrated balances across tailings, heap leaches, process plants, and reservoirs
- Mine Access and Haul Roads
- Open pit dewatering systems
- Slurry transportation systems, including multi-stage pumping with booster stations for conventional and thickened tailings
- Raw and return water pumping systems, including multi-stage pumping with booster stations for water transfer from tailings ponds, reservoirs, and rivers to process plants
- Leach circuit pumping systems, including multi-stage pumping with booster stations for raffinate distribution to heap leaches and pregnant solution transfer to process plants
- Pipelines, culverts, and channels
- Engineering oversight, construction management, and QA/QC services for the above facilities
- Mine software development
